Can I return my product?
Yes. Most products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in new, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact. For sanitary reasons, returns are not accepted on intimates (underwear), bikinis, swimsuits, or perishables. Clearance items cannot be returned.

- Packaging: Please use the original packaging if possible. If not, choose packaging that will protect your item and any accompanying boxes or cases.
- Condition: Ensure all tags are attached and the product is in new condition.
- Return Authorization: Include your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in the package.
- Refund Options: We do not offer exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, if preferred, as store credit.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
After we receive your returned item, please allow up to one week for us to process your refund. Your bank may take additional time to credit your account.
